As a hairdresser, I would like to think I've created a unique and individual boutique style space on Clarendon Street in Nottingham City, where you can relax and enjoy your whole hair experience.

I have now had over 12 years’ experience within the hair industry, with nearly 10 of these working for Toni & Guy, both here in Nottingham and Kensington London. After the continuous education I’ve gained from Toni & guy, I have decided to use that knowledge and set up shop on my own. By doing this I have been able to design a salon to my own individual taste and standards.

My own standards A fun yet professional, happy and relaxing environment where your time in the salon is important to me. I'll be here to listen and give expert advice on all your hair needs. Please feel free to bring whatever visuals you need, to help explain how you would like to walk out after your appointment. Whether it's a drawing, a picture from a magazine or your favourite celebrity look, it all helps me to completely understand what you're after. Also we'll be able to create a customised haircut/colour to compliment everything from face shape and skin tone, to life style and time factors.

My training After nearly 10 years’ experience with Toni & guy, I have been fortunate enough to gain a full advantage of everything the company had to offer. I've spent a lot of time over the years at both the London and Manchester academies, working alongside the international Art Directors, taking in everything about cutting, colouring and hair-up.

I have been involved in creating looks back stage of London's Fashion Week, the last 4 seasons again working along side the Art Directors and celebrity models. I have also created many more looks for various other fashion shows and shoots, plus the cover shot for The Toni & Guy magazine Feb 2008.


The salon. Situated in Nottingham's premier city spa and salon Beautification, my intention is that the Ruby Room can't help but offer complete indulgence. Whether it's just one of the many hair services I offer alone, mixing up both hair and beauty services together, or even spending the day alone, with your partner or friends, you can indulge and we can cater for all of your needs.
